With the introduction of
Corporate Tax in UAE

with effect from 1st June 2023, Transfer pricing regulation will also be introduced mandating the related party transactions to be at arm's length.

UAE has joined the OECD Inclusive Framework on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting [BEPS] on 16th May 2018. And through this UAE has agreed to comply with BEPS minimum standards. Introduction of Transfer Pricing Documentation and Country by Country Reporting are part of this initiative.
